Green Sweep - House Cleaning and Janitorial - Northern Colorado

Green Sweep Cleaning & Maintenance is a completely locally owned and operated cleaning company.  Our operating owner Janell Adams, our janitorial expert Grant Adams and founders Mose Cagen and Chuck Harrison, are commited to bringing the residents and businesses of Northern Colorado the premier green cleaning services available today.

Janell Adams was a Production Manager for an art publishing company for 5 years before joining the Green Sweep team.  Prior to that, she was a part owner of & marketing director for a local Fort Collins chocolate shop and worked in the mortgage industry for several years in Fort Collins and Denver.  “Customer service and satisfaction is top priority for me.  Happy clients make for a happy and successful business!” Janell was born and raised in Western Nebraska but has lived in Colorado since 1994.  She enjoys time with her husband, Grant,  and four children, as well as reading, music, art and property renovation.

Grant Adams owned a commercial cleaning company in Auckland, New Zealand for 10 years before moving to Colorado in the fall of 2008.  He has an extensive business background that includes property investment, hotel management, and loan brokering as well as owning several businesses.  Grant was born and raised and attended school and university in Christchurch, New Zealand.  He met his wife, Janell, on a trip here to Colorado in 2005 and they were married in December of 2008. He believes hard work and a great attitude will always reap rewards.  Grant enjoys biking, renovating properties, and spending time with his family.

Mose Cagen has lived in Fort Collins his whole life. He went to Fort Collins High School and also graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literature.  He has worked in management, marketing in a foreign country, and customer service.  Mose is our Director of Marketing and also owns an internet marketing company which he enjoys spending his available time on. He loves to work with people and takes pride in getting the job done well every time.  He enjoys backpacking, snowboarding, swimming, and pretty much anything else active and outside.

Chuck Harrison is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker, he has worked construction, decorative concrete and in the automotive industry gaining experience in sales and service. He attended Fort Collins High School and has taken classes at Front Range Community College in forestry and business. Chuck grew up on his family’s ranches in Timnath and Jackson County Colorado.  He has been involved with the restoration and clean-up of both the properties to improve land quality, wildlife, and overall quality of the environment.  Chuck is a member of Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited, and The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
