1) Can I trust your company? Green Sweep Cleaning & Maintenance is completely insured and bonded for your added security. We pride ourselves on being reliable and trustworthy and look forward to earning your business! 2) Does someone need to be at home when you clean?
No, this is completely up to you. If you would like to be home during the cleaning that is just fine, but if you prefer to be out of the house as many people do, we can have our staff enter however we have previously decided. 3) Do I provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
No, you will not be expected to supply anything. We will be using all of our environmentally friendly cleaning products and our own equipment. However, arrangements can be made to use specific in-house products or equipment by request. 4) How do I pay for your services?
You will be mailed an invoice at the end of each month, and the credit card of your choice will be automatically billed. We accept all major credit cards, and you will receive an email confirmation that your card has been charged. You never have to worry about leaving a check for when we visit! This will all be outlined during the bidding process. 5) Will I always have the same team cleaning my home?
It is our goal to always have the same individuals or team clean your home. This will mean faster cleaning time as our staff will be familiar with your home. We also hope this adds a level of comfort to you to have the same people come every time. 6) What if something in the home gets damaged or broken?
Accidents do happen. Our employees are trained to report any damaged or broken items immediately. A note will be left explaining the incident and we will take care of the damaged or broken item as soon as possible. 7) How many people will be in the home to clean?
Our cleaning teams consist of 2-3 people depending on the home. 8) What time will you clean the home?
Our regular hours are between 8 am and 5 pm, M-F. We can't give a specific time the cleaning team will be in your home because of varying schedules but we can give a good estimate and we try to get into the home as close to that time window as possible. 9) Should I do anything before you arrive to clean?
It is our job to clean your home; however, we ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other household type items the day of the cleaning that may slow our cleaning team down. 10) Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we are confident that you will enjoy our service so much that there would never be any reason for a contract. We will however create a custom checklist for your home that our cleaners will abide by every time they go through your home. 11) What do I do with my dog/cat?
Cats, dogs and other animals, birds, etc. should be in a kennel, cage or other location where they will not get in the way of the cleaning team. Special circumstances may permit some other type of agreement, just ask us during the bid and we would be happy to work something out! |
