Can I trust your company?

Green Sweep Cleaning is completely insured and bonded for your added security. We pride ourselves on being reliable and trustworthy and look forward to earning your business!

How do I pay for your services?

You will be mailed an invoice at the end of each month, and the credit card of your choice will be automatically billed. We accept all major credit cards, and you will receive an email confirmation that your card has been charged. You never have to worry about leaving a check for when we visit! This will all be outlined during the bidding process.

Do I provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

No, you will not be expected to supply anything. We will be using all of our environmentally friendly cleaning products and our own equipment. However, arrangements can be made to use specific in-house products or equipment by request.

Will I always have the same team cleaning my home?

It is our goal to always have the same individuals or team clean your home. This will mean faster cleaning time as our staff will be familiar with your home. We also hope this adds a level of comfort to you to have the same people come every time.

What if something in the home gets damaged or broken?

Accidents do happen. Our employees are trained to report any damaged or broken items immediately. A note will be left explaining the incident and we will take care of the damaged or broken item as soon as possible.

How many people will be in the home to clean?

Our cleaning teams consist of 2-3 people depending on the home.
